At Lithophoto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and sale items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@lithophoto.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we’ll notify you if your return is approved. You’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping Your Return: After approval, you may ship the item back to us. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personalized Products: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Other Exclusions: Gift cards and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
