  • We currently ship orders only within the Philippines through our partner, J&T Express.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase confirmation. We’ll notify you once your order is on its way!
  • During holidays or sale events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping rate is based on the destination and package weight, calculated at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Free Shipping: For orders above PHP 2000, we offer free standard shipping within the Philippines.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Metro Manila: 2-4 business days
    • Luzon: 3-5 business days
    • Visayas and Mindanao: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistics delays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the J&T Express website or their mobile app for real-time updates.

Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In cases of failed deliveries (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), J&T Express will attempt redelivery. For assistance, contact J&T Express or reach out to our customer service.
